Terms & Conditions of Spa

• Advance Reservations
We highly recommend that you schedule your appointments at least two days in advance to ensure that your preferred time and treatment or service is available.

• Cancellation Policy
1) Standard treatments

Any cancellations or rescheduling on individual treatment made less than 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment will result in a 50% cancellation fee charged to the credit card/ voucher on file; no-show will be fully charged.
 

2)   Spa Packages

As our Spa policy, we would require a deposit of 50% and cancellation notice of at least 48hours prior to the treatment. 

  • Due to some circumstances if you have to reschedule your booked appointment during cancellation time then there will be a 10% of Handling fee charge, which will be deducted from the deposit. 
  • Please be advised that Spa Packages can not be shared between clients or altered in any way

We recommend that you check in at Spa Reception at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment. This gives you time to be pre-relaxed. Late arrival may mean reduced treatment time we have to finish on time regardless of time you came. After your treatment, please enjoy the spa’s relaxation area, which will allow you to escape from reality for a bit.

• Payment Types
We accept cash, debit cards, Visa and MasterCard with proper identification.

• A surcharge of 2.0% will be applied to all credit card payments made at the Spa. This affects Visa, MasterCard. Debit cards will not be charged unless the card is not available at the time of payment. Payments by cash or EFTPOS do not incur transaction fees. You are welcome to change your payment method at arrival to cash or EFTPOS to avoid these fees.

• Spa Etiquette
Our Spa environment is based on tranquility and relaxation. Please, respect all spa guests’ right to privacy and serenity. Please turn off all cellular phones or keep it in silent mode while in the spa area and please keep voices to a whisper.

• Gift vouchers
Spa gift vouchers are non-refundable. Gift vouchers should be used within 12 months of purchase or as noted on the “ please use by” date. Vouchers may not be used to purchase or be exchanged for other gift certificates or cash. 

• Terms and Conditions
Seva Day Spa reserves the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time in its sole discretion.

• Right of Refusal
Seva Day Spa reserves the right to refuse service to any client for improper conduct. Inappropriate conduct or language during a service will result in immediate termination of the service. We reserve the right to define inappropriate conduct.

• Satisfaction Guaranteed!
If for any reason, Seva Day Spa fail to meet your expectation with any of our services, please let us know within 24 hours of your service.

Lost or Misplaced Items

We at Seva Day Spa are not responsible for any items that may be lost or misplaced during your treatment. We do provide lockers for you to put your personal belongings in, but it is your responsibility to place your belongings in the lockers and not leave them in the treatment rooms where they could get misplaced. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Treatment Rooms

If the client is asking for a dual room, we will try our best to accommodate your wish, however by taking different factors into consideration we might change the room to interconnecting room. If this happens please be considerate and try to be understanding. 

Seva Day Spa is aiming to be environment friendly by being paperless, hence we will email you an e-consultation form to fill in prior to your treatment. 

Terms & Conditions for Group Booking

Seva Day Spa requires a 50% deposit to be made on the time of booking confirmation. We need at least 4 days of notice for the cancellation of group booking. Due to some circumstances if you have to reschedule your booked appointment during the cancellation time then there will be a 10% of handling fee charge, which will be deducted from the deposit.
